We have positive feedback and impression on  the quality of instruction and the materials provided during the Pneumatic training and workshop hosted by BRAAMD, Inc.

The instructor was knowledgeable and attentive to the course material, and was able to answer any questions that participants had in a timely and concise manner. The instructor also provided a good mix of lecture and hands-on demonstrations, which allowed us to gain a better understanding of the topics being presented. Additionally, the instructor was patient, professional, and respectful to all participants throughout the duration of the course. The slides and other materials provided were up-to-date, as well as easy to follow. The course also provided a good overview of the basics of pneumatics, as well as more advanced topics such as system design and troubleshooting. 

Overall, we believe that BRAAMD, Inc. did an excellent job in providing a quality training and workshop tackling about pneumatics in industry. We would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in furthering their knowledge in pneumatics. -  AECES 2023 

The training started with an opening remarks from our Marketing and Support Director Maria Lenavi B. Ramos in which she emphasized the importance of having this kind of training and workshop specially for the graduating students. This experience  will give them a glimpse of the real-world applications of engineering.  She also share that introducing technologies, processes, real-world applications,  and providing hands-on training to educators and students  align with BRAAMD's  goal to help elevate the technical competencies of the Philippine workforce.

At the end of the training and workshop,  the team with the highest score was awarded and certificates of completion were presented and given to the participants.  Some students requested that they want more, some even expressed their interest in working at BRAAMD.  One student said,  “This seminar is very engaging compared to typical seminars I’ve encountered. The activities help us learn more about the topic. It was indeed a fun learning experience.”  This simple message from this particular student paid off all our efforts and hard work because this is what we aim for, that they will learn a lot through this training and through these kind of engaging activities.

BRAAMD’s  Sales and Application Engineer and product driver Xavier Burgos conducted Basic Pneumatics and  received a lot of questions from the students during the training which showed their high interest on the subject. After the lively discussion,  the students were grouped into 3 teams and were sent to their respective Break Out Rooms.  They were given a task to identify diagrams and illustrations of Working Element, Service Unit and Control Element. Consequently, they were given a list of questions per category that they had to answer. And in the last part of the break out challenge, they were given a bonus question, if they got it correctly, they would receive an instant reward which made everyone excited. Everyone worked together, everyone is contributed and processed their thoughts quickly as they were only have 10 minutes to complete each task.  

One of our Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) focus is Education. We aim to support the education system in our local communities.  We opened the doors of our Technology Education Program Training Center (TEPTC) that aims to promote the technical competencies of our employees, partners, and our valued customers.

On March 11, 2023  BRAAMD’s Technology Education Program Training Center (TEPTC) successfully launched its first training program which focused on Basic Pneumatics.  It was facilitated by our Sales and Applications Engineer and Festo Product Driver, Xavier Burgos. This was attended by graduating students of the Association of Electronics and Communications Engineering Students (AECES) of Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP).
